End of the year picnic will be held on June 11, 2010 (FRIDAY). 

It will begin approximately 5 and last to 8:30ish. 

There will be a DJ at the bandshell.  

Each team is responsible for own food and drinks (no alcohol and glass).  

So make it a potluck style picninc if you wish.  

You may want to have someone or yourselves reserve a table or two for your team during the day. 

Please no more than 2 tables per team.
